and by that he left the two alone standing near shelves filled with different kinds of cereals..

He knew who he was, and as much as he wanted to ask he wanted to save this talk for later..he looked at her with his eyebrows creased

Dalal looked at the 2 cereal boxes she was holding in her hands and nodded her head...

he chuckled at the look she had on her face

He sighed a deep sigh as he got into his car...

she ended the engagement 6 months ago..

what could he do?

It was "his" future! It was what he always wanted...he had to choose continuing his studies over her..

"She" refused to come with him, and no one could blame her...

her grandmother was sick and she just didn't want to leave her, not yet atleast..

He started the car and rode back to home, his flight to the states was within a week..

they walked together to the cashier... a couple of people stared at them as they passed by..

they looked as they were a perfect couple

the way they walked side by side and laughed at each other's lame jokes..

they kept arguing leaving the cashier man waiting

he threw his credit card to him before Dalal got her hands on her wallet

It was 9 am when she woke up super sleepy realizing that she wast LATE!

she ran to the bathroom, washed her face and quickly ran to her closet..

Dalal: Aaaaaahhhh Madri shalbis!

she got out a pair of blue jeans and a very simple white top, put on her nude flats, pulled her hair into a bun, grabbed her black Bottega and ran to her car!

Dalal: ya salaaaaaaaam! L shari3 killish moo za7ma L yom :)

and now she was stuck in the middle traffic
